We talk about this year being the year of the roof

After much deliberation and numerous quotes and advice we contacted AAA Roofing Ltd to ask for a quote for a complete replacement roof. This was late May 2021
Chris the Surveyor was professional and very knowledgeable and supplied us with a detailed quote
We agreed and paid our deposit, then what with Covid and difficulty in obtaining supplies AAA didn’t get to start our job until early August.
Another Chris kept us informed all the way, with almost daily contact, the company are very professional and have different teams for different disciplines. Our roof was a very big job
We have approximately 266 Sq mtrs tiles, 4 flat roofs and seven Velux windows all with replacement gutters, soffits, facias, dry valleys and linear verges, they also repointed our chimney stack and repositioned the pot with all new lead work there and everywhere over the house
Has to be said Liam is a lead work craftsmen
When replacing the flat roofs which were complicated, and very problematic, as was the dry valley and positioning of some of the Velux windows, you never really know what your faced with once the roof comes off. The point is that AAA Roofing stayed calm and listened to our concerns and solved all the problems, for which we are truly grateful
All together the various teams where polite and courteous and surprisingly didn’t swear, not in our ear shot anyway, our small team of Liam, Darren and apprentice Harry (very polite young man) finished the work early October, we felt we had gained an AAA family.
Very pleasingly the company honoured their quotation to the “T” and the work was entirely to our satisfaction and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

My flat roof was given a fibre glass coating in 2017 with a 25 year guarantee, however I was getting concerned over water pooling and we could hear dripping. I called AAA to ask someone to come out and check the roof, which the young man on the telephone organised promptly and two days later Chris the surveyor came out. He went up and had a look and I’m thankful to say everything is fine, but Chris explained everything as to why I can hear dripping water and gave me confidence in the fact that if anything did go wrong the work is covered by the guarantee. What a great company and a lovely bunch of people who take the time to call out and put their customers mind at rest. I gave this company five stars for their workforce originally and I give them five stars again for their after service. It’s a great feeling when you know you have found a company you can trust.

I contacted AAA Roofing back in 2018 when I moved into the area as I needed to replace the flat roof on an existing extension and they carried out a very good job so with this in mind I contacted AAA Roofing to put a new roof on the bungalow . The roof is now finished to a very high level. I must admit there was a few problems along the way but all was sorted and everything is now completed.
